Patients are responsible for checking your insurance benefits, whether in  or out of network.  This can be done by calling the telephone number on your insurance card.  You will be responsible for paying your insurance co-payment and any deductible which has not been met.  Our physicians are considered "specialist", so your co-pay may be higher than when you see your family physician.  If our physicians are out of your  network, please be advised that your benefits will be at a lower rate and your deductible may be higher.
